Thank you indu for suggestions. I did try online with the number on ARC card but it doesn't show anything. It has to be biometric resident card while arc is count as BRP but its not a resident card. Its is just a work permit.
Regarding your court hearing my friend send bundle and he got hearing after 6 weeks sending bundle to court and the court given him hearing in next 4 months. But its depends which area do you live if its in London then the hearing take more than six months if some where else then less time
Hi shaheen5
I just want to know U friend After he sent bunddle to court then after 6 weeks they reply and gave hearing date next 4 weeks so then total 5 months and 2 weeks that’s so long any way thanks guy hopefully will come quickly

Hi indu. He sent bundle to the court on 15 October he got reply from court on 22 Nov last year and given him hearing date for 4th March 2022. So I hope its will give you some time line..now everything resumed so its won't take that long. Usually its take 6 to 8 weeks from the beginning to hearing and get decision..just because of covid things has changed and there are big backlog in every department, they dealing with backlog so thatsy why they give long hearing Date for new applications.

Hi,

I did my tribunal hearing for fresh claim refused with appeal rights. Home Office representatives didn't come for my hearing. Judge did not ask from me anything. Just listened to the my barrister points. After judge mentioned within 10 days will send my decision. But now nearly 5 weeks pass. Still i didn't receive anything from tribunal. Does anyone have idea how long will it take decision come from the tribunal?
Thank you
Have you received a desicion yet? I have a hearing coming up and I am wondering how long it takes to receive a response

Hiya, from my own perspective, I think it all depends on the judge handling your case though but in some cases might be 4 weeks to 6 weeks maximum.

I did my Substantive interview in May 2021, till now I have not received a decision on my claim. My ARC card expired and I applied for a new one. Today I received it. My worry is it says expiring on 2024. I wonder if my case is going to drag it till that date. And also No restriction is mentioned on the card(No recourse to public funds). Did anyone experience the same?

Can someone please tell me how long it takes for the home office to send you a biometric if the judge allows your appeal? For example if you have a hearing then the judge makes a decision and allows it. The home office decide not to contest it and grant you. How long does it takes from the judge allowing it to them sending you the card? Please help.

Hi rina. After court decision the home office have 28 days legal time either to challenge the decision or grant you visa. After 28 days if home office don't challenge you the issue you BRP card. If you had already biometric enrolled then it's take 10 working days. If you didn't have biometric before they will invite you for biometric and then issue you BRP in next 10 working days.

Remember some time home office invites you for biometric anytime after the court decision but normally they wait 28 days laps after court decision and then they invites you for biometric. Once biometric done they issue you BRP card in 10 working days as a stranded time. So bear in mind it's take around 6 weeks altogether from the decision to get your BRP card if the home office didn't challenge or don't want to challenge the court decision. If the home office challenge the decision so the burden of prof on the home office not on you. So you have to be relax if you have won the case alreafy

Hi all, please I need an advice, I have been waiting for hearing date for 7weeks now but today I received a aletter to relocate me to another accommodation, although I am not taking the letter serious because what I am waiting for is hearing letter not relocation letter. The housing provider has been treating me so badly.
