Came to Tanzania with a valid BRP expiring in April, retutn ing back to England 23rd March.I got sick and I could not return . Made an application for Further Leave which took almost 10 months . I was still sick when the time to return came and my BrP expired.
I ' m now stuck with my grandchildren who are British Citizens. I would like to ask if UK Border Force will let me in with a Biometric Appointment QR. British Embassy in Tanzania not helping at all and we need to leave on Monday 21st.I have tried to contact Immigration Solicitors it seems as if none wants to help because they have not replied at all. This is my third Further Leave to Remain.
Please advise I have to leave together with the girls . I have a Biometric Appoint next month in Cardiff.
I'm stressed with other issues at the moment here in Tanzania. We are currently waiting for FCDO yo help but they are taking long. I have my expired BRP with me . Quarantine also played a part .
Any advise will be appreciated.
