Suggestions required for single failed ayslum seeker

Post by hamid84 » Wed Nov 05, 2008 7:59 pm

Hi all, Im posting this question on behalf of a friend who is failed asylum seeker.. He applied for ayslum in 2001, everything got rejected with in 6 months.

He then started living on his own, been working since then. Recently he called up Home office to find out if his case was legacy and found out yes, his case is legacy case and will be dealt.

Since 2001, he didnt get in touch with Home Office, never had a solicitor.

Now he is thinking of seeing solicitor who could push home office to solve his case.

My question is, what are the chances for him? He has never reported either. In short, he is LIVING FULLY ILLEGALY.

Thanks in advance.
