What is Cooling off Period before I apply for Fresh Global Business MObility Visa

Good Morning!!!

My current ICT Visa 5 Year term ends on May 25th 2022 and I am not a high earner. As per new Visa Rules coming into effect from April 11 2022 will I be allowed to switch to Senior or Specialist Worker under new Visa Mobility Rules? My Project wants me to check on this possibility and needs clarity to move further. Kindly clarify us as we have bunch of people in the same bucket like me waiting for further steps with very less time. Your response will help us in Q1 and Q2 project planning, resource allocation and Budget allocation.

Hi ,

I dont fall under the high earner category so My current ICT 5 year Visa ends in May 2022. How long should i wait to raise fresh Global BUsiness MObility Visa from my Home country India to enter UK again. Please help urgent. Switching to SKilled is not an Option.
