ILR for Wife & Daughter

Post by talreh20 » Wed Apr 06, 2022 4:12 pm

Hi All

My wife and daughter have successfully received their extension for FLR (M) today. Their time line is as follows:

They entered UK on 26-02-2016 on Tier 2 Dependent Visa Valid from 09-02-2016 to 25-07-2019.
I received ILR (10 years route) on 06-07-2019. So applied FLR (M) for wife & Daughter.
Received FLR (M) first visa valid from 17-09-2019 to 18-03-2022.
Received FLR (M) Second visa valid from 06-04-2022 to 08-10-2024.

My questions are:
When is the earlies she can for ILR?
What are the requirements?
Would there be IHS fee for this?

Many thanks.

Just to add to the above:
I currently have ILR. I haven't applied for Naturalisation since spending 1 year on ILR i.e. 06-07-2020.
If i get my naturalisation approved and get british passport before their ILR, can they apply for naturalisation as soon as they get ILR? or do they still have to wait 1 year? I read it somewhere but can't remember where.

Once they have received ILR, und you are a British citizen at that date, they can apply immediately for naturalisation (wife) and registration (daughter). No waiting time.
