Document check

Post by Bule88 » Thu Apr 07, 2022 12:51 pm

Hi all,
My wife will be applying for her FLR (M) visa shortly and I just wanted to check I have all the correct documents ready. Much appreciated for any replies.

Planning to apply on the 2nd May 2022
Current visa expires on the 19th May 2022

Mandatory Documents
• Proof of Application
o Marriage book
o Marriage book translated version
o Application’s passport (all pages)
o Application’s old passport (all pages) (has travel history)

• Proof of Identity Travel Documents
o Sponsor’s Immigration status – UK passport (all pages)
o House owners’ passports (my parents)
o Application’s BRP card

Life Events Documents
• Son’s UK passport
• Photos together in UK (This is needed?)

Residence Documents
• Signed content letter from my parents stating we can live there
• Office copy of register of title deeds
• Correspondence letters over the last 2 years from both of us (6 each)

I don’t have a new housing report. I did include last time but just to clarify I don’t need to include one this time, is that correct?
We are living with my parent in a 3-bedroom house at the moment, we have since had a baby (1 year old). So, there is 4 adults and 1 baby, I wasn’t too sure if it’s need or not as there has been a change in the amount of people living there since last time.

Sponsor Employment Documents
• Last 6 pay slips (last one dated the 8th April 2022) (Signed by employer) This is date ok?
• Signed letter from employer stating current salary
• Signed letter from employer stating wage slips are genuine
• Original work contract

Finance Documents
• Last 6 months bank statements (dated till the 29th April 2022)

Education Documents
• Applicant’s IELTS Life Skill A2 certificate

Other Documents
• Support Letters from both

Thanks in advance!

I don’t have a new housing report. I did include last time but just to clarify I don’t need to include one this time, is that correct? not sure about this when you live in your parents' house. We rent the house and I didn't include this report when I applied for my wife's first FLR(M) and 2nd FLR(M) which was only last week.

either is fine. my employer only signed as the name of the company. and his name was typed in the letter.
