Applying COA for the second time

Post by tim_london » Wed Nov 05, 2008 10:37 am

Hello people,
Great help on this website. One question for experts please?
I have applied COA second time. Last time it was granted in july 2007 when i wanted to marry my EX. my ex lost her jobn in london and went back to france. We broke up and i send COA back to Home office within its validity period. Now i have applied again on 25th of oct to get married to my current british partner who is 4 months pragnant with my baby. i have also attached a covering letter to HO stating that i was granted COA before, which i returned due to MY ex leaving the country. I have received the conformation letter that they have received my application.

WOuld it be any problem obtaining COA this time my curent leave to remain expires in 6 months?
Please help me as ia m very worried.

Shouldn't be a problem if you can prove the relationship is genuine and not one of convenience.

Where did the religious marriage take place? i.e Church of England or
other religious building?
