Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship by Brother's Company

Hi respected members,

If my brother is the director of the company/ accountancy firm and he appoint his one employee as an authorizing officer (who is not my relative at all). In this case, can that company or accountancy firm sponsor me? Even this job is genuine because I'm currently working remotely for last two years and being paid every month from banking channels.

Considering shared case, Can I apply for a skilled worker visa?
