Spouse Visa Extension

Post by ttyypp » Tue Apr 12, 2022 6:08 pm

Hi All, i am due to submit my wife's spouse visa extension application (FLR (M)) to extend her stay on the 5 year standard route (it's been 2.5 years). I had a query in relation to evidence of cohabitation, can this be in the form of online payslips or bank statements? I have seen the guidance for online statements needing to be stamped but this seems to be when they are used for the financial requirements? Does anyone have any experience of using online correspondence as evidence of cohabitation?

Many thanks for any responses.

Electronically generated documents can be used and does not require being stamped.
