Can some please advise if there is a way get the big interview or should i wait? Thanks guys.
Personally I advise you to write to the complaints department
complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk. This is what worked for me. You have to keep pushing them. Good luck
What's the main point should i mention please? Thanks

Just tell them when you claimed and had your registeration. Tell them how much this is causing you and your family so much stress and how long you have waited for this interview. Ask them to please give you an update.

Hello.. I have a question. Has anyone ever received a BRP without getting a decision letter? I just missed a delivery from TNT, when I went to reschedule it, it was written Biometric Residence Permit as the contents of the delivery. I haven't received a decision letter though.
Is it really a BRP or maybe just a replacement ARC? I'm so nervous and don't want to get my hopes to high then get disappointed..

It is most likely your ARC. This happened to me years ago as thought it was my biometerics.

Hi Indus2, I haven't speak to my Solicitor though but they will send it together with BRP and needs to email or ring him tomorrow regarding that because it's more than one month now.
Perhaps, in your own case; Indus2..you are sorted because already sent you conformation letter.
Also, like you said after 14 days they can't do anything with the decision.
I hope you will receive BRP and me too in name of the Lord Yahew. Amen.

Hello Shaheen,
I'm so sorry to heard about your refused but It's good though because you are given right to appeal in UK.
However, from my own point of view and am going to be honest to you also on this matter, the best options is get a good solicitor due to the fact that Home Office did not like individual to challenged them, due to my own experienced from previous cases. Although, individual circumstances might be different but if you can't afford a solicitor or lawyer in your case, try charities lawyer maybe a better avenue for your tribunal.
My best advice for you is to take on good immigration lawyer please if you want to win your tribunal because its complex situation to involved yourself especially during the preparation for your trial or hearing case to know if you case is permit in court or if its justified error in the law.
Perhaps, I wished you good luck in your tribunal soon.
Thanks.

Oh wow, sorry about that. After 16months I wonder why they’d still refuse an application, I thought the longer it stays with them, the higher the chance of approval. It’s good they gave you right of appeal, you’ve still got a chance, hopefully you are able to sort it out yourself. My application is 19 months now and I’m dreading everyday but I’m Hopeful. I trust God.

Hi Shaheen5
Before 14 days do you have to lodge appeal and you can do online and it’s better to get soliciter because any way you need to get barrister to speak in court so ready properly otherwise it will be trouble on court home office will ask you questions

Thank lureen and indu2. I will get the solicitor on later stage but I was worried about the initial stage of appeal. I already appeal online and paid the fees and got confirmation. I'm only confused that the court asked me just fir refusal later which I uploaded to the online service. I'm worried that when do I have to submit more documents, my apeal grounds and arguments as they just asked me to upload the refusal later nothing els. So anyone when do I have to submit appeal grounds and apeal arguments and documents becuse court didn't ask me for it as yet

Hello lurren. I know its been 16 months they refused my fresh claim. Its really hard to get granted from home office on fresh claim. I'm not disappointing you every case is different. And it's also hard to get appeal rights on fresh claim. But I been lucky I got full apeal right and I have work right too. They also interviewed me for my fresh claim 4 hours and after interview few days later refused my case.

Hi Indus2, It's nice to hear from you though. I emailed my solicitor and he said going to chase Home Office for me, in regards to the issued of BPR soon... but also, someone told me might take 3 months to process the BPR. I hope won't be long though and strongly believe God take control to be sooner. Amen...
Cheers.

Hello Shaheed5,
Listen brother, this is your life and I know you are anxious to do it yourself but not the best options through my own experienced to be honest with you now...firstly, filled out the appeal form and submit it in other to meet up the deadline date for the tribunal hearing. However, you can start looking for lawyer there after brother. trust me you can't do it yourself due to the complex issues with immigration laws and case study well.
I wish you the best throughout your tribunal though.
Good luck.
