Maintenance Funds Requirments for HSMP Dependant (Yes OR No)

Hi,

I've following douts can some one please answer my questions:

1) Is Maintenance Funds rule only applies to Tier1 dependant or it applies to HSMP Dependant as well?

2) Incase If Maintenance Fund rule applies to HSMP dependant visa application then does the 7 days rule for bankstatements for Maintenance Funds is for only account statements from overseas banks or it also applies to UK bank statement because I'm on HSMP which got stamped last year and want to bring my wife here. I havnt got bank account in Pakistan so I am sending my UK banks statement from HSBC bank.

1) Maintenance funds required for Tier1 but not in case of HSMP (JR).
2) 7 days bank statement rule applies.

Just to be clear I'm on HSMP visa which I got last year in October 2007. Can you please confirm if that Maintenance rule applies to me.

I'm living in UK on HSMP with I got approved and stamped on 20/10/2007. I recently got married in Pakistan and want my wife (currently in Pakistan) to join me in UK as HSMP dependant. Can you please advise me what form she needs to fill for HSMP dependant visa (VAF2 or VAF10) and how much is the visa fee for HSMP dependant.

Also would the maintenance funds criteria apply to HSMP dependants or it only applies to Tier 1 dependants. If it applies to HSMP dependants then what is the minimum amount I need to show in my account for my wife's visa and how for how long I need to maintain those funds in my bank account and is it OK to send her my UK bank statement not older than 1 month.
