URGENT Forgot to upload the Family Consent form for Home Office to verify application information

Hi all,
I need urgent help, I am a Hong Kong citizen and I am applying for HKBNO.
I have done my UKVCAS appointment today, and after that I realised I have not upload my Consent form on the UKVCAS website.
The guy at UKVCAS appointment did not ask for it either.
I am getting really worried now since I have uploaded everything else but not that since on the website it did not specifically ask for the consent form.

Can someone help me as to what to do now?

I think you should call them ask for the email of the casework team to email the documents. Better call them and ask for the additional documents to be posted.

Who should I call, UKVI? Do you have their phone number? A lot of the times they just give you an automated message saying to go away
