BRP For ILR

Hello, I have my ILR but it's on expired passport home office advice me to get BRP. I uploaded all documents and know they asked me few additional scanned copy I did that on the mail address which they gave me but I am not able to send it's coming delivery failure. The email address which I am sending is LivsetAAHub@homeoffice.gov.uk
Please help me and advice me as I have only 10 working days.

Try to reduce the size of the email attachments. Often mail systems impose size restrictions on the attachment file size

How do I know ? I just gave you an idea to try. Do not send large attachments in MBs. Send JPEG scans and keep their size in KBs
I do not know the UKVI email addresses. If they asked you to send it to that address, then it should be correct
