Full time employment and dormant ltd company

Post by RTOMBHAI » Sat Apr 30, 2022 9:55 am

Dear Freinds,

Apologies if i am not posting at correct place.

I am going to apply for my wife visa first extension as my ILR dependent FLR(M)

I started a ltd company last year but that is completely doemat £0 trading as decdied to be in full employment.

so now my confusion is how to answer following questions.

1. Are they a director or non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK?
Shall i say Yes or No

2.If yes what evidence i need to show for that - i have already covered my salary requirement from Employment.

Please help me.

Thanks in advance.

The answer would be no, as you are not providing any company director information in your application
Save yourself the hassle and go via the employed route, with 6 months of wages (provide +1 more month to be safe?) and ensure you meet the threshold requirement
