Advise for extension spouse visa and dividends.

I have a couple of questions about applying for extension visa using specified limited company.

My wife spouse visa will be expiring at the start of april. So i will be applying for extension in march.
Im a director of a limited company, and my latest full financial year is from sept 2020 to sept 2021. My accountant is currently sorting out the accounts for this and should be completed in a week or so.

I have been paying myself minimum wage and will be taking out the full dividends in feb when the accounts are completed. Will this cause any problems? As my 12 months
( sept 20-sept 21) business bank statements will not show this. I will include statements for oct 21- feb 22.

Also do i have to submit my self assessment tax returns for april 21-april 22 before i apply for the visa. My accountant says it is way too early as the deadline is jan 2023.

Show enough evidence for the last 12 months to satisfy the financial requirement
Doesnt matter about the one which isnt ready yet
