Hi,
I had applied for my Ecctis certificate but it got late so i had to upload my ielts certificate which got expired a month ago. Just before the submission, my ecctis arrived and i also uploaded it but I didn’t have an option to delete the expired ielts.
My visa got refused mentioning that my ielts was expired.
In my re application i have just added my ecctis certificate. Is that enough? Or should in retake ielts?

A cover letter indicating to disregard IELTS and to consider ECCTIS would have sufficed.
Under reapplication so far the ECCTIS letter indicate the appropriate level for what you are applying for then no issues or need to retake IELTS.
