Empty Surname in Passport

I just came to uk,my surname is empty in my poassport,my Given Name ABC DEF where DEF is my surname.So I am planning to split my given name to ABC and DEF in passport.What are the steps I need to undertake

1. Do I need to apply for new COS
2. Do I need to apply for new VISA
3.Do I need to change BRP

Please help me
