VFS Appointment in next few days .. Information Required urgently

Hi all,

I have a confusion around bank statements, could you please help. Does bank statement have to be exactly 6 months or can they be 5 months and 25 days. Reason behind that is our salary period is 23rd of each month so I am getting statements from 1st November 2021 till 25th April 2022. Will that okay, 6 months salaries credit will be visible.

Hi all,

I bank with Natwest , my statement period runs from 21s t to 22nd of each month. My salary credits on 23rd of each month. Now i am about to file application on 5th May. I went to Natwest to get print of bank statements as online statement dont cover the last month salary credit period. They printed me the transaction history without stamping.

Is transction history acceptable by UKVI and also non stamped?

Thanks Sohail, yes i read on this forum to provide 7 months payslips and 7 months bankstatements on safer side. I will be doing it. Also will be elaborating in cover later that salary deposit date is 23rd of each month and if its a weekend on 23rd than its deposited a day prior, and date on salary slip is 30th of each month.

For bank statements i read on this forum that online copies are aceptable so i will be using online copies plus printed one month for April in bank so to cover the salary deposit date for April. Hope this all will be okay.

Just make sure your online bank statements has your name, account number and sort code.
Some dont and if it doesnt, find the right option (contact your bank provider for more info as settings can differ)

Do we have to carry the documents with us as well at appointment ? or we just need to take the appointment letter, passport and check list ?

You do not need to go with anything from the documents besides what you have mentioned above.
If available you may go with a stick containing the scanned uploaded documents for last minute checks.
