previous earnings querry

Hello all,

I am a bit confused here. My salary for each month is paid on the 8th of the next month. The 12 months earning period I am claiming is from 1st dec 2007 to 30th nov 2008. But my salary for the month of november 2008 will be paid to me on 8th december 2008.

As 8th december 2008 falls outside the 12 months period, will my last salary (for nov 2008) be considered as falling outside the 12 months earning period even though the salary is actually for november 2008?
