Open Questions:
1. In 2014, during my Tier 2 – short term visa extension. I applied in Sep 2014 but due to the UKVI Home Office issue received my visa in Jan 2015. Will this cause any challenge in my 10-year long residence?
2. In 2015, my Tier 2 – Short Term visa was ending on 16 Mar 2015 but I left for home (India) on 28 Feb 2015. The reason to head back to India was to get my Tier 2 – Long term visa and the Tier 2 - Long Term visa was valid from 24 Mar 2015. So, do you believe I meet these criteria?
3. In 2020, my Tier 2 – Long Term visa was ending on 05 Apr 2020 but due to covid-19, I received three default extensions until 31 August 2020. Do you think this period will be counted towards long residence?
