Hi my husband have child from ex wife and i am due for my first extension i am filling up online form and question comes up about my husband child from ex asking to provide court letter and utility bills etc we dont have any and my husband never had any court arrangement to see his son as they both parents agreed to let the son to see his father my husband does see his son on weekly basis and his ex wife not cooperating to release his passport details i have fill up my husband son details like name dob and address but we dont have his passport or birth certificate please anyone here come across with this situation please let us know as we have to submit the application next week or so many thanks .

This comes up once in a while. Provide the details you can as much as possible and anything outstanding should be addressed in cover letter that such details are unavailable to you and where possible show evidence of her refusal to cooperate where possible e.g. screen shots of mails , messages etc.
