FLR (M) First Extension, 6 Months or 12 Months Payslips

Post by arnomarga » Mon Jun 06, 2022 2:13 pm

Hi,

We are in a process to apply for my wife FLM (M) first extension. I am little confused about employment question. I need your kind input to choosing between 6 month or 12 month payslips.

We are combining our income for her extension:

My annual gross salary: £15600
(I am with my current employer since June, 2020 and received fixed gross monthly salary of £1300 for the past 6 months)

Wife annual gross salary: £9600
(She is with her current employer since November, 2019 and received fixed gross monthly salary of £800 for the past 6 months)

Total annual gross income: (£15600 + £9600 = £25200)

In our case, which one do we need to select for the following question for me and for my wife?

What do they earn?

1) The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
2) The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount
3) Not the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount
4) Not the same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount

Kindly if someone can answer ASAP as we are due to submit our documents soon.

Thank you in advance.
