Changing Starting date on CoS visa already applied

Hello,
I had issued a CoS to a new employee from India. He had applied for his visa on April 15, 2022 using standard service and still waiting on decision on his application. His employment starting date as stated on CoS is June 01, 2022 which obviously has already passed. I need to add the notes on CoS by going on . But I cannot find the ways to add notes to CoS.
I am trying at: Sponsorship management system > Workers > Sponsorship duties > Manage live CoS > CoS

Can anybody please advise where it can be done.

It does not take on next page. Once I enter all the details correctley, it shows error "No CoS were found for the migrant details given".

The migrant has already applied for the visa at the British embassy in India.
If I go on Sponsorship management system > Workers > View CoS > View status history
It shows as below:
Status history
Status Date and time User name
USED 15/05/2022 11:18 UKBA
ASSIGNED 15/04/2022 12:52 Name ABC
READY TO GO 15/04/2022 12:46 Name ABC
WORK IN PROGRESS 16/04/2022 07:07 Name ABC

Clearly, it does recognise the CoS at the Status page as shown above.
I am so confused been trying desperately to amend the CoS for last 2 weeks but could not find the way.

A sponsor note can only be added to a live CoS with an "assigned" status. The CoS in this case has a "used " status because the worker already applied for his or her visa a month ago on 15 May.

You don't need to do anything for the time being.

From the sponsor guidance Part 2:
S3.8. If the start date changes before a decision has been made on the worker’s application, you should let us know via your sponsorship management system (SMS) account, as this may affect the period of entry clearance or permission that can be granted.

If there is no decision by the end of June report the situation to UKVI via the SMS

Dear Manci,
Thank you very much for your reply. I must contact UKVI and let them know the joining date has to be extended as its already passed over a month.
I have spent over 1 hour on Sponsorship Management System (SMS) looking for ways to contact UKVI though SMS, but no luck.
Can you please guide me where is the contact link on SMS?
