[URGENT] When will old CoS become invalid?

Hello everyone,

It's a very urgent situation for me and please help and advise.

I am currently in the process of switching employer within UK and my Skilled Worker visa application has been submitted, but I haven't obtained the approval and I haven't resigned from my old employer.

My question is, in this situation, when will my old CoS become invalid given that my new visa has not been approved and I haven't give resigned?

For example, if my application of new visa gets rejected/refused/withdrawn, can I still work in the old company given I haven't resigned?

Your current visa is cancelled when the new visa is approved.
