Hi Everyone,
I applied to a graduate visa after finishing my studies. In my application, I attached a letter from my scholarship saying that I must to come back late 2024. This deadline is greater than the duration of the Graduate visa (2 years), that's why (I think) they approved my application.
I am currently working with an employer that is willing to give me sponsorship for a tier 2 visa after my current visa expires. Are the visa applications independent from each other? The worry I have is that immigration rejects the tier 2 visa application due to my graduate visa application document (scholarship conditional permit).
In a year, my plan is to talk with my scholarship and see if we can reach an agreement (paying back, probably). But probably they won't write a document saying that I don't need to fulfil my obligations without paying everything first. So, I am trying to understand what are my options.
Anyone in a similar situation? Is it worth consulting my case with a visa consultant?
Regards!
