Hope someone can help me. On May 2022, I applied for a skilled worker visa, for some reason when submitting my application online I was not able to pay the IHS fees related to my visa.
Two weeks after I attended my biometrics appointment I received an email stating that I had to make a top up payment for the IHS fees, the issue is that the link provided on the email did not work properly.
I kept seeing an error that said top up key has been canceled, as soon as I saw that I reached out to UKVI both online and by phone, they mentioned my case has been escalated and someone should be contacting me shortly to send a new link, but now the supposed due date that I had to make payment has come and gone and I haven't been able to make payment.
My question is has someone been in this scenario, if so how much time does it passes before they contact me? And also will did impact my visa application negatively ? Thanks in advance, hope someone can help me clarify this subject. ( please keep in mind that I have sent multiple emails and called three times already but I have not been able to reach someone that can help me)
