Sponsorship transfer

Hi,
Could you please help here ?

We recently made a change of sponsorship application for my Skilled Worker Visa.

We as a company has been moved out as a separate business (company) from a bigger origanisation.

My Skilled worker visa which was issued for the bigger organisation has now being transferred to the new company, the applications to get the new sponsorship license and my change of sponsorship to the new one have been submitted.

We recently got the a notification letter from home office stating the license has been created.

Do I need to wait for any formalities from the home office to complete the application ?

Do I need to change my BRP ?
