For those who paid the certificate fees, how long did it take for it to process? How many days till you got the second email to confirm the process?

Based on the latest adult certs (with fidelity declaration) it takes up to 8-10 weeks to get the cert, not 6 as promised in the letter, and they didn't respond to emails during that waiting time.
But the good news is that the certificate comes by registered mail, at least to my friend.

Thank you. 10 weeks is just too long... 😭 I guess I was lucky with mine. Got it after 3 weeks back in March. Fingers crossed the childrens won't get to 10 weeks.

I feel that, adults might take longer due to other procedures and documents. Hopefully in child case, won't take that long. Please share experiences with regard to child applications.

Hi Guys,

I got fee processing email today for my daughter. Cert should be coming in 2-3 days by registerd post.

But i really doubt it. I think it will take few more weeks.

I paid fee on 07-06-22

I will update here when cert is received.

Consent form signed by both parents/guardians and Garda (you will get this when you make the application)
Child's original birth Cert
Parent proof of address
Parent photocopy of public service card or drivers licence
I also included Child's foreign passport (usually not needed)
