Document to show ownership of house

My wife's family intend to visit the UK for a short stay. I own a house through mortgage which will be used to show compliance with the "accomodation" requirements for thier stay. Now I have 2 documents with me that were given to me by the HM Land Registry.

The first document says "Completion of registration". The second document says "Official copy of register of title".

Now my question is, which of these documents do I need to provide to my wife's family, that will show that they have a suitable place to accomodate them when they come to the UK? What is the proper name of the document?

On the face of it you should use the "Official copy of register of title" - generally referred to as the "Title Deed" - as it shows you as the owner and a description/drawing of the premises. Title Deed is generally used and understood. Not an expert but I have obtained a few deeds over the years. I can't comment in detail on the visa process.
