Hello everyone!
I got a question regarding RTD Renewal.

Due to my work, I travel very often and every time I enter the UK, the immigration stamps my RTD. The pages are about to finish because of stamps and I'm gonna need a new RTD.

So, if I apply for an RTD Renewal, do I need to send the old one or can I keep my old one until I get my new RTD as I have to travel often while I'm waiting for the new one?

Thanks for the replies!

I think you'll have to send the old one back as it needs to be canceled so that you can't have two valid RTDs.

In that case, if you have visas in your old TD, you won't be able to use them anymore. I'm hoping HO has a solution for this such as cancelling your old TD while you can still keep it.

you need to transfer your visas to the new TD. contact the relevant embassy asking about this. I'm pretty sure you can't use your TD once it has been canceled.

Hello,

When you are flying out of the UK do you take your BRP as well? Do they ask for your BRP when you re-enter the UK or just your travel document is enough?
Thanks

You must travel with your brp too. The brp is your visa/ilr proof.
