A settlement visa is difficult if husband does not have sole responsibility.

Sending money does not necessarily show that he has sole responsibility, etc., for her, especially when she normally lives with her mother. After all these years, ever since 2010, why is his son in the UK and not his daughter too? Has she ever even visited him?

However, as she is 17 and he wants to try, then see also apply.

THANKS VINNY
HIS SON AND DAUGHTER DO NOT HAVE SAME MOTHER. HE HAD SOLE RESPONSIBILITY THRU THE COURTS SINCE HIS SON WAS 2. I HAD A SON. WE HAVE 4 BOYS IN UK
SHE HAS NEVER BEEN TO UK.
THANK YOU FOR ADVICE
