Which option for renewal

Am on limited leave to remain (parent of a British child and from my first marriage ) and my wife applied under spouse for her first application and was granted under private life.
She is due to renew next year. But no option under the private rule suits her situation

1) under 18 and lived in the uk continuously for 7 years
2) over 18 and spent less than 20 years in the uk
3) been in the uk for over 20 years
4) born in the uk to a person who has permission to stay based on private life
None of the above apply to her. So confused as to what category she is going to renew under
