£2800. UK bank account or Canadian?

Is it ok for my £2800 to be in a UK account, even though I'm applying from Canada? Sounds like a silly question, but I'm just looking for clarification on this.

Its not a problem. However, it would be too difficult for you to comply to 7 days rule for bank statements.

Rule is -
When you are applying out of UK then bank statement should be not more than 7 day older on date of application.

It would recommend you to keep and use your Canadian account.
