Hi, Need help!!

I am applying to switch from 10 years to 5 years parent route in premium services But I can't see the premium service option.
Does anybody know how to apply through premium service?

Thank you very much for your kimd reply.did you mention your ccj in your application or homeoffice found it and they told you to give proof of paying back.i have pending application with homeoffice and I didn’t mention ccj after submitting my application 7 months later I found out i have 2 ccj but its my old address and they are like 5 year old and have not mentioned in my application.did you have ccj on your same address or old address?

I mentioned it because they can find out if they really want to. I mentioned that I had a payment plan and still fit the good character requirement. They emailed me 4 hours after my application because I paid super priority to ask for proof that I’ve got a payment plan and gave me a deadline to submit proof. I sent it an hour later and then gave me an answer the next morning.

Superpriority slots are normally released at midnight. Login to your application and wait from 12 am to 1am and you should see superpriority option. Thats how i got mine

We have the same time scales but hopefully this month we will hear something from HO.

Nice. They sent me an email in 24 hours asking me to upload a selfie to the document self upload portal. submitted it today. They also confirmed my biometrics from previous applicaiton will be reused. hoping to get a decision by tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Keep me posted about your updates. All the best

I have sent mine since last year and still no decision. My local MP has already written to the HO. But as well, no response.
How did you escalate it and if you are comfortable to share the reason briefly? Mine are; financial predicament, employment and health.

I wrote the cover letter and submitted with my other documents on the UKvi Website.

Application date : 10th September 2021
Biometric : 29th September 2021
Decision email : 28th July 2022 ( 5 years route approved..Yaay!!!)
Biometric card : Yet to arrive.

Good luck to those still waiting, I must say it has been a very stressful 10+ months especially the last few months.

Brp delivered on the 1st of aug 2022.

Time to battle spanish embassy , hopefully their's much quicker than the Uk's!

Hi, can you please confirm if your email says you are due for ILR at the end of this extension. Or do you have to apply for another extension.
