Help on spouse and dependant visa

I am British and my wife is about to renew her spouse visa in September 2022.my wife and I have 2kids back in our home country but will like to submit the children's visa with my wife's spouse visa extension ,I want to ask is one bedroom flat enough for the application ,the living is not open plan which means I can turn the living room to the children's room both under 10yrs old .pls help
