Switching Skilled Worker -> BNO Dependent, how long should we wait?

Hello,

I've been working in the UK for 3 months on Skilled Worker visa, and my partner is staying with me on PBS dependent visa.

My partner is a Hong Kong national, and she is eligible for BNO visa (and I am eligible for BNO dependent visa).
We would certainly like to switch ASAP (as it gives more freedom and also need to start counting years towards ILR).

Is it a good idea to apply now, or it is better to wait a few more months? Is Home Office sensitive to such kind of fast visa switching?
