Tier2 PBS visa and Part time

Hello sir , Am i elgible to do part time 20hr additional care work job if my PBS Tier2 visa sponsored for software full time.
Could you guide me if care worker job comes under shortage job list and allowed to work part time along with my full time software job.if not then where can I find eligible part time job for software person.
