HSMP Renewel Query

Post by friendandenemy » Tue Nov 18, 2008 3:40 pm

Hi,

My HSMP visa is due to expire by feb/2009 and have to go for renewel. It was approved on nov/2006 and got EC on feb/2007. Could anyone of you please provide answers for following questions:

1. Do i need to apply renewel under old rules or Tier1 rules?
2. Do i need to show savings for last 3 months as £800/per month basis
3. How early i can apply for visa renewel?

Thanks in advance

Regards,
Friend

You can apply under the HSMP JR provisions - if you wish to - because your initial HSMP approval (received in November 2006) was as per old rules (arrangements in place before the Dec-06 changes).

Your choice.
