Although we would normally decide on your application within 24 hours from the
date it was submitted, unfortunately, this is not going to be possible in your case.
This is because records show that you have an outstanding criminal
prosecution. No decision will be taken on your application until this matter has
been concluded.
We expect to make a decision on your application as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
when do you expect I will get it?
thanks

A criminal record is always bad when you applying for a visa in the uk as, they consider law bidden citizen. Keep fingers crossed and pray someone might have mercy on you and Grant you.

I applied for my first leave to remain through flr fp in March 2022. No decision yet and I am just about to move somewhere else.
Do I need to change my postal address on the post office only or do I need to inform HO through my document upload link about the address change?

I can confirm we have received your client’s application and we aim to reach a decision as soon as possible. It may be necessary to write to you again to request further information.
FLR(FP) applications are not currently subject to a service standard, each application is considered on its own merits and supporting documents provided. We are therefore unable to provide a timescale for a decision. Please be assured you will be contacted in due course with either a decision or a request for information”
They haven’t replied, I’ve instructed a solicitor to chase no reply, MP chased since May and no reply. 11 months is September.Million miles wrote: ↑Wed Aug 24, 2022 6:22 pmMary1986 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 16, 2022 11:16 pmApplication submitted October 2021

I'm pretty sure by now they have replied you. If not ask your solicitor to email and chase them they will be forced to answer within 2 weeks
