Hi guys

My wife is on the 3rd extension with access to public funds on her current visa this time round which I didn't apply for to have access to public funds if anyone wanted to know they just gave it.

Snice January I have been on Universal Credit and before that was on legacy benefits before now that she's entitled to benefits we are both claiming universal credit if she's wasn't allowed just for compliance she will be added as we are a couple living together but not getting couple element only single element.

I have left my job I was working for over 10 years and snice January I was in and out of work due the temp or agency work.

Now I have secured full time employment earning over £18,600 yearly when I apple next year June when my wifes visa expires do I tick I'm earning £18,600 or more.

Im thinking I have to tick yes to earning £18,600 or more. Now I'm starting my new job in September when they check I will not earned £18,600 or more snice I started work.

Do I tick yes or no.

If anyone can answer this I would be greatful as I need to know before june 2023
