Received BRP but no letter from the home office

Hey Guys!
Aftet my application I received an email from the home office that my bro card would arrive which it did a few days letter but haven't received any email from the home office about my status. I have be gotten my national insurance and nhs number aswell. I am not sure what action I should take, please advise.

BRP is the proof of your immigration status. You will not get any letters. There is no action needed

Thanks! I am on a spousal visa, what is the next step I need to take in 2.5 years or when the brp card expires??

You are expected to apply for a new visa application before the visa expiry so that you do not become an overstayer. If this is your first spousal visa, then you need to apply for an extension before the expiry date.
