Received ILR BRP (new version), no signature on it?

Hi all,

Received ILR BRP today, there is no signature on it now (new version style BRP card)

If compare with my previous BRP spouse, there is the signature on the card.

so is it normal or error?

Thank you. one more question,
the new style BRP card back also don't have any IC chip. is that normal?

compare with my friend ILR BRP (two yeas ago isssued), there is the IC chip on the back.

On newer BRPs, the chip will not be visible.
