Making a Subject access request to UKVI

Hi. I'm planning to extend my current visa very soon. I'm interesting in getting my previous visa interviews records. If I submit a Subject access request to UKVI now, can it affect my application? Will it be looked more cautiously because of the Subject access request? Thank you

A SAR is a request for information that they already have on you. So, I don’t think it would affect your application, unless their information they have on you was incorrect.

You want to apply for extension very soon, note that SAR taking up to 5 months to get the requested details from HO.
