There is the option of out of court penalty in the options in line with what you wrote how you settled it.

Dear Senior's

I have submitted my online application for naturalization, its now a time to submit my documents via IDV app.

Following Documents being submitted, please help that I am not missing any crucial information?

General Documents
1. Current Full Passport
2. Biometrics (BRP)
3. Referee 1 Declaration
4. Referee 2 Declaration
5. Verification Checks Consent Form

Knowledge of Language & Life in UK
1. UK Degree Certificate
2. Pass Certificate-Life in the UK Test

Supporting Documents:
1. Marriage Certificate (Shall I provide this or not???)
2. List of Travel History & Absences (5 Years Continuous Leave)
3. Supporting Documents Checklist - Home Office
4. Proof of Payment Confirmation Slip

1. I have some confusion regarding referees, I understand that I have to scan referees declaration, however, HO also asking referees to provide photo and their details at the back? When scanning, there will be no such information, please advise if this is must to provide a photo?

2. Regarding consent form, I myself and my wife applying together, there are no such documents providing that has joint name. I believe, I need to send only Part 1 consent form and not other part 2 & 3?

Your help and support always appreciated.

Thank you

2. List of Travel History & Absences (5 Years Continuous Leave)
3. Supporting Documents Checklist - Home Office
4. Proof of Payment Confirmation Slip Not required. They wouldn't even process it if you didn't pay.

1. I have some confusion regarding referees, I understand that I have to scan referees declaration, however, HO also asking referees to provide photo and their details at the back? When scanning, there will be no such information, please advise if this is must to provide a photo? The paper form was transcribed into the online form. Those were the days when your picture might get detached from your form. it just makes it easier to identify who is who. No need to write anything at the back of your passport photo.

2. Regarding consent form, I myself and my wife applying together, there are no such documents providing that has joint name. I believe, I need to send only Part 1 consent form and not other part 2 & 3?Can't remember top of my head what is in Part 1, 2 or 3. But if no verification is needed from 2 persons, then it's straightforward. Don't overthink it, stick with the basics.

Your help and support always appreciated.

Thank you

Thank you so much for your support. I have few more question if I can get some support please?

1. Since I am applying for my Naturalization application, do I need to send any finance/employment documents with this application? I am the Director of my own business, my route for this application was based on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa which was granted in 2013 and ILR was approved in 2019.

2. My wife was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependant visa and she was also granted ILR in 2019. She is employed in my business as Office Manager, does she need to proof any employment?

3. I am confused about one question in the Doc checklist, "Proof of living in the UK for 5 years" What documents that support this question

If your passport has been stamped upon entry/exit at every trip, that will be enough to prove residence, same goes for your wife. If you fill in a self assessment for your company, the final checklist usually asks for the most up-to-date HMRC tax documents.

No question asked regarding tax documents in the final checklist. I am still unsure of it is required or not. If required what documents do I need to attach of myself and for my Mrs?

Work isn't a requirement for Naturalisation. No need for work documents.

If your passport gets stamped whenever you enter the UK, that would suffice for proof of living in the UK (residency).

If it's not asked, then you're good! I am self employed so I will have to provide it.

Dear Guru's

I am at the final stage of submitting my documents along with ID.

I have one concern regarding my previous Tier 1 Visa, that was refused back in 2013. I have declared this in my application and make a statement in the cover note as
In October 2013, my first initial application under Tier 1 Entrepreneur was refused, this decision was overturned after the appeal made and I was granted visa under the same category of Tier 1 Entrepreneur.
My Question is, shall I attached a copy of Call-In Letter when the decision was overturned or shall I just leave not to provide as I have declared in the application and they can check if they have to? Please advise

Many Thanks

You don't need to attach any documents, they have all your history on their database.

Moreover, if it was overturned, then it was technically not rejected.
