My mother and brother visited UK on a Visit Visa to see us. We have just realized that their passports are missing.

Could someone please help me with guidance on the steps to obtain a new passport and visa so they can return to India? Their visa is valid until first week of December.

Go to the Indian embassy and get a new passport from there.

You don't need a visa once in the UK. The visa is to allow you enter, not to allow you exit.

It'd be wise to get a police report as well for future reference.
