ILR parents - Baby born after - Travel document

Post by murillobraga » Thu Sep 08, 2022 1:32 am

Hi there guys

Me and my wife got our ILRs recently and our daughter was born after that, which automatically makes her a British citizen.

We have been wondering what document she will need to present to the UK immigration border on the way back, in case we need to travel abroad?

At the moment she holds a Brazilian passport only.

Thank you

Either a British passport or a CoE-RoA in a foreign passport.
