Tier 1 EU Work /France

Hi,

I recently got my Tier 1 visa and I'm currently seeking work in the UK. A company wanted to know whether my visa would allow me to work or provide training in France (for short periods), although my primary place of work would be the UK and I would be paid by the UK company . Can anyone perhaps give me some advice in this regard?
