INCLUDING CHILDRENS APPLICATION

Hello All,

I would like some advice regarding my upcoming British Citizenship Application. I had my ILR for 1 yr and 2months now and am planning to apply for my British Citizenship. I have 2 children, one going 17yrs old this October (born in the Philippines) and the other 2yrs old, born here in the UK. My questions are:

1. My older son, arrived in 2019 and had his ILR at the same time as mine. I assume that I will be including his British citizenship application together with mine (as my dependent). Is that correct?
2. Since my younger son was born in the UK in 2020 before I received my ILR, He is now eligible to register as a British citizen since I already have my ILR (which I received in 2021). Do I include his application with me and his brother? or should I apply for him separately?
3. I am not married to my partner (my younger son's father). Can my partner include our son when he applies for his British Citizenship? or do I have to apply for him separately due to the reason that we are not married?
