Child dependents after switching from PBS dependent to PBS Main

Hi,

I missed to request for the guidance document where in it is explicitly mentioned as visa needs to applied again when child is moving from dependent of father to mother or vise versa.

could you please point me to the guidance document. appreciate your help in this regard
