Standart application fee refund ILR (LR)

Hi everyone,

I have submitted a standart ILR application and paid the full fee (2404 GBP) on 12/06/2022. I withdrew the application few days later before giving biometrics and reapplied with Super Priority Service and paid 3204 GBP. The withdrawal was made online via 'Request for Return of Documents' on 20/06/2022 which I have ROD number for. I was told that, I will be refunded within 28 days (max 6 to 8 weeks). More than a 110 days later, even after escalating the case 3 times over the phone (no confirmation email received) and submitting a complaint (no feedback received) I still have yet to receive a refund for previous application.
My Super Priority application was successful and received BRP within 5 working days after biometrics appointment.
I dont even know what to do as a next step.

Could you get your MP involved? Make a timeline with when you lodged complaints, and called them. Try also to contact the HO in writing, no guarantee they will respond, but it will start a paper trail of your communication about the missing refund.
